GETTING HERE IS EASY AS 1, 2, 3 (AND 1/2)
You can drive or fly here, or take a train or bus. Grand Junction is the major hub between Denver (4 hours away) and Salt Lake City (4 hours), and it takes less than a day to drive here from other key Western cities:
Greyhound provides bus service to Grand Junction from Denver; Durango, Colo.; Las Vegas; Los Angeles; and Salt Lake City. No reservations are necessary when you go Greyhound, and buses are on the road around the clock, letting you travel during the day or night - but remember that you will be on the bus' schedule instead of your own. If traveling by train is more your speed, Amtrak service to both coasts passes through Grand Junction daily. You will be aboard the California Zephyr, Amtrak's most popular and scenic route. Taking the train lets you watch the country (and gorgeous Colorado landscape) pass by and can be a relaxing way to travel if you aren't in a hurry. If you are in a hurry to get to Grand Junction (or to get home after your event), flying is probably your best bet. Five airlines serve Grand Junction Regional Airport, Western Colorado's largest commercial airport. Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Delta Connection/Skywest, United Express/Skywest and US Airways offer nonstop flights to Denver, Dallas/Fort Worth, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Salt Lake City. Charter services are also available. You can rent a car at the airport, or take a taxi or shuttle to your destination. Getting to Grand Junction, Colorado, is easy -- and once you arrive, you will find plenty of options to meet your needs, including several meeting facilities and attractions perfect for groups.
