Every year wineries from around the state of Colorado gather to compete in the Governor’s Cup. Over 340 wines were brought by 46 Colorado wineries and were judged by a panel of experts including sommeliers, chefs, writers and wine experts from around the country. The Grand Junction area was well represented in 2018, with local wineries winning over 50 awards.
