Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Peel and cut up enough potatoes to serve six-eight people. Boil, drain and mash as you normally would. Set aside.

 

Mix together:

One 8 oz. cream cheese

One stick of butter (softened)

One cup of sour cream

Two teaspoons onion salt (optional)

If needed, a small amount of milk

 

Add mashed potatoes and mix.

 

Put into a lightly greased large casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
