House at Rodell-Near Lunch Loops-Monument-Downtown

Owning and running an AIRBNB has been a dream of ours for years, and after finding the perfect property in just the right part of town and fixing it up just so, our dream has finally become a reality. The house has been remodeled from floor to ceiling with new tile, carpet, appliances, counters, cabinets, paint, etc... The furnishings were handpicked with comfort, functionality and beauty in mind. Much of the art was thoughtfully hand made by us. Research was done to ensure that highly guest rated mattresses, linens and amenities were chosen. While we no longer live in the house, it was our home during the remodel process, so we were able to work out its kinks and fine tune it. Gather with your family and friends in the open concept living area and kitchen. Enjoy Western Colorado sunsets from the Adirondack chairs on the backyard patio while catching glimpses of the Bookcliffs and the Colorado National Monument.
