1 can of Mexican corn
1 can of whole kernel corn
1/2 cup of chopped red onion
1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
1 cup of shredded cheddar
1 cup of mayo
1 bag of Fritos
Drain the corn and mix with the other ingredients except the Fritos.
Crush the chips and put them on top of the salad right before serving.
