Grand Junction is easily accessible by plane, train, or automobile. 

 

Fly:

The Grand Junction Regional Airport is the third largest airport in Colorado and provides flights to and from Denver, Phoenix, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Las Vegas, Orange County/Santa Ana, San Francisco and Los Angeles (seasonally). This regional airport provides reliable air service with convenient parking near the terminal. Drive:

Grand Junction is equidistant between Denver, Colorado and Salt Lake City, Utah. Driving from either Denver or Salt Lake City is easy and efficient. I-70 runs right through Grand Junction, connecting all three cities. Drive time from Denver is 4 hours and Salt Lake City is 4 hours, 15 minutes.

Bus:

Bustang is an easy and affordable way to get travel throughout Colorado without a car.  

Bustang is a public transportation system in Colorado, USA. It is operated by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and provides intercity bus services connecting various cities and regions in the state of Colorado. 

Bustang routes connect major cities such as Grand Junction, Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and others, with stops at various points along the way. The service aims to reduce traffic congestion, promote eco-friendly transportation, and provide reliable options for people traveling within Colorado.

Train:

Grand Junction's train station is part of the Amtrak - California Zephyr route, which runs from Chicago to Emeryville (San Francisco) with 30+ stops in between. According to Amtrak, "Experienced travelers say the California Zephyr is one of the most beautiful train trips in all of North America. As you climb through the heart of the Rockies and further west through the snow-capped Sierra Nevadas, you may find it hard to disagree." The train ride from Denver, Colorado to Grand Junction takes about eight hours.
