Avalanche Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of crispy rice cereal

  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows

  • 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter

  • 16 oz of white chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the cereal and marshmallows in a bowl and set it aside.

  2. Melt the white chocolate and peanut butter together in the microwave. Microwave the mixture for 45 seconds initially, then stir and cook at 30-second intervals until the white chocolate is smooth and completely melted.

  3. Then pour the melted mix over the cereal and combine.

  4. Once everything is fully mixed, scoop the mixture onto parchment paper, shaping each portion to the desired size of your cookies.

  5. Let them cool for a couple of minutes and enjoy!

  6. Optional: Add food coloring or seasonal decorations. For fall/Halloween, add tootsie rolls and orange food coloring to make a pumpkin. For winter/Christmas, add green food coloring and sprinkles to make a Christmas tree!
