
Disappearing Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of elbow macaroni

2 tablespoons of butter

1 teaspoon garlic
-
2 tablespoons flour
-
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chicken broth
-
1 cup Kroger brand half & half or whole milk

3 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
-
5 slices of Kraft American cheese
Instructions:

Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain the water.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Cook garlic about 1 minute, until fragrant. Whisk in flour and salt; cook for 1 minute.

Slowly whisk in chicken broth and half and half. Bring to a low boil; allow to thicken.

Stir in Parmesan and Kraft American cheese.
