Ingredients:
- 1 20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple in Juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. soda
Mix the above ingredients and bake at 350 degrees in a 9x13 pan (sprayed) for 45 min. or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Frosting:
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter (or margarine)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Beat with a hand or stand mixer, and frost while the cake is still warm
