Pecan Pie Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • 2/3 cup softened butter

  • 2 eggs beaten

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, sugar and nuts

  2. Beat eggs and butter until smooth

  3. Stir into dry ingredients

  4. Spoon into muffin cups, filling until 2/3 full

  5. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes

This recipe makes 12 muffins.
