Ingredients:
- 2 3/4 Cup flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/3 teaspoon salt
Mix the dry ingredients.
- 1 Cup soft butter
- 1 1/3 Cup milk
- 4 beaten eggs
- Grated peel from 1 large lemon
Instructions:
- Mix, grease, and flour two loaf pans.
- Bake at 375 for 60-65 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
- This cake is not frosted, but if you have access to Swedish Lingonberries, add them.
