
Ingredients:
2 3/4 Cup flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/3 teaspoon salt
Mix the dry ingredients.
1 Cup soft butter
1 1/3 Cup milk
4 beaten eggs
Grated peel from 1 large lemon
Instructions:
Mix, grease, and flour two loaf pans.
Bake at 375 for 60-65 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
This cake is not frosted, but if you have access to Swedish Lingonberries, add them.
