
Ingredients:
1 - 2 lbs of ground beef (I often use ½ hamburger with ½ pork sausage)
1 onion (small-medium), chopped
1 - 2 cans of mushroom soup (undiluted). I’ve also used cream of celery, cheese & chicken.
Tater Tots for the top layer (you won’t use the entire bag)
Instructions:
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
The amount of meat depends on the amount of people. For 4 people, use a square baking pan and 1 lb of meat.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic, basil, etc. Sometimes, we add mushrooms, bell peppers, and cheese.
Notes:
My kids love topping it with ketchup.
